Log and Network Monitoring
- 24/7 AI-powered threat detection and automated device isolation (comprehensive Endpoint Detection and Response–EDR)
- Real-time alerting, triage, and containment of security threats
Incident Response (IR)
- Analyst-led response to malware, phishing, and other cyber incidents during business hours (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday)
- Detailed incident reports and tailored post-incident recommendations
Vulnerability Management
- Regular scanning for network and endpoint exposures
- Risk prioritization using industry-standard scoring, with actionable remediation guidance
Attack Surface Management (ASM)
- External scans to identify shadow IT, misconfigured assets, and other vulnerabilities
- Recommendations to reduce risk and strengthen your organization’s security posture
Threat Intelligence (TI)
- Aggregation of open-source threat intelligence feeds
- Correlation of threat data with member environments to enhance situational awareness
